The Watoto Children’s Choir from Uganda, East Africa are touching the hearts of people across the world with their exhilarating songs and inspiring stories. Watoto Choir performances are a soulful blend of African rhythm, contemporary worship and ethnic dance. Watoto’s Concert of HOPE  will be presented atNew Dimension Church in Providence, RI on Saturday, July 9th, 2011 at 7PM.  This concert is FREE and a Love Offering will be taken.

Come out and hear one of the most joy-filled and memorable  husband/wife teams in ministry right here in Providence, Rhode Island.  Georgian  Banov, of Global Celebration Ministries, will be visiting New Dimension Church and the Ocean State for two nights, May 9th and 10th, 2011.  The meetings are open to ALL and seating will be on a first come first served basis.  Service begins promptly at 7:30 PM each night.

In the last couple of months we have seen a stunning increase of God’s activities in our midst.  Our young people can’t seem to leave a celebration without spending time releasing God’s fire to anyone who dares get caught in the vortex of their passionate faith.  Just Wednesday night in a crowd of less than 30 the Father gave us such a specific word about the healing of gout that He pointed out the very knee that was experiencing the gout attack.  The woman with gout screamed out because she was so shocked God had pointed out her condition with such accuracy, then she realized she had been healed instantly.  Today, although we were 5,000 miles away, Bob Hartley, stood up and began to prophecy about Troy & Theresa G.O.O.D.E.   I am told by people who were in attendance at that meeting in Los Angeles that Bob actually spelled out our last name.  The people from NDC who traveled to Los Angeles this week for the conference happening there, were blown away that even in our absence God was still choosing to speak a word about NDC.   Earlier this week another woman in our congregation called to tell me that her fibroid tumors have begun shrinking according to her doctors.

These are just a few of the things that have been happening lately.  Also, since March 18th we have been visited by Che Ahn, Lance Wallnau, this weekend is Dr. Mark Stibbe, and Georgian & Winnie Banov arrive in a couple of weeks.

Friends you have to see that the Father has taken us to another level of revival in our region.  He is so serious about revival and reformation for this house and this area that it is no wonder He keeps sending a constant stream of Apostolic and Prophetic voices to cheer on what He is doing in our midst.  Well, the stream has become a tidal wave and I want to encourage every one of you to get caught in it.  Now is not the time to hold back, now is not the time to be skeptical and caught up in past hurts or hindrances.  The tidal wave of the Holy Spirit is here and we want to be swept up in it.

Be bold today.  Invite all of your friends and family to join us this Sunday.  The Easter story and what it’s all about is Heaven’s greatest invitation for the world to come into relationship with God.  I want so many to respond to that heavenly invitation this weekend. I believe we’re going to see an amazing harvest of souls this Sunday.  We’ve worked hard as a leadership to coordinate our follow-up plans for new converts.  Next week we’ll be launching our first discipleship class, called “Ignite.”  It meets on Wednesday nights at 7:30 in the multi-purpose room while the Mid-Week Celebration is happening in the sanctuary starting next week.  It is open for anyone who wants to get strong in Christian core truths and only has 5 sessions.  I invite you to join me there and bring a friend.

This is a Hosanna Sunday and Dr. Mark Stibbe and I will be ministering the word together, tag-team preaching!  Pastor Renee has planned an amazing worship experience and we’ve got some other surprises in store for you. I know this celebration is going to be incredible so come with your hearts hungry and abandoned to the tidal wave.
More Fire,

Jesus came into a culture that had been dominated by religious people and religious thinking to the degree that most had an appearance of godliness but were devoid of any power.  Pharisees, scholars, and people’s fixation on the affairs of life led people into the practice of routines that seemingly stemmed from the law. However, those people were robbed of ever making a significant spiritual connection to what they were practicing.  I wonder how close our society resembles that one Jesus stepped into?  So many in our world go through religious routines but have no sense of the power of God, but we are the hope of glory and our mission is to make that connection for them.  It is upon us to be the bridge that joins the dead hearts of men to the vibrant Holy Spirit that causes life to flow back into to them, or as King Jame’s bible says….”quickens them.”   We owe our society an encounter with a living God.   Our father wants a relationship with His people and we get the privilege of brokering that connection for them.  Our focus has to be revival, whether we are a professor, a businessman, a principle, a teacher, a homemaker; whether we are married or single, our constant aim is revival.  Churches across the globe have done some form of marketing but history has proven that people give birth to people.  Physically and spiritually this is true.  I encourage every one of you to be a living walking revival.  Make revival a focus, look for places to release the life of God, build a culture of revival in your world.  Our world doesn’t need another gimmick, or more dead traditions, our world needs revival.  Determine to make yourself one who is a conduit of this precious revival.

Public Vision Sunday 2011

Jesus told us to seek firsts His kingdom and His righteousness all these things would be added to us. Matt 6:33 Right there I blessed the Lord, because I said 2011 will be a year where I get to have my focus dominated by ministry, building the kingdom, and releasing His glory.  I said to myself the daily diet of building issues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is closing and I am so ready to feed on His Kingdom without interruption.  Then I thought about it, and I realized no one gets to solely think about His kingdom, that is simply not realistic.  There are always challenges, things that happen in life to sidetrack us, distractions that come into our world and the Father knows this. So He doesn’t call us to think ONLY about the Kingdom but He calls us to think FIRST about HIs Kingdom.  In other words, I realized that this past year, with all of it’s frustrations and challenges was one of my greatest years in God because the building issues forced me to learn how to stand in the middle of turmoil and concentrate on Him.  I learned that storms can be happening all around me and I can still find Him in the midst of it.  That’s it, that’s the Christian life. The Father is training us to live in this world but not to be conformed to it or restricted by it. We are called to influence our surroundings instead of being influenced by them.  A key, then, to victorious living is fixating our hearts on His Kingdom and His righteousness no matter what is going on around us.

This weekend we will continue celebrating all that the Lord has done for us and shout the victory for what is about to happen in 2011.  Remember this is the Year of the His Pleasure and He is going to openly display how pleased He is with you.
